1. What if my hardware is new?
No problem. You will be able to keep it, and to contract with IOGI for services only. You can include your future equipment in your contract at the best time for you.
2. How long is the duration of the contract?
Normally, 48 to 60 months, yet we would recommend a 60 month contract depending on the size of the initial investment, such as for the implementation of the ERP Pack or the infrastructure Pack.
3. Can I have a shorter term for my contract?
Yes, we can accomodate a 36 month term for service only contracts.
4. Could I cancel my contract before the term?
All IOGI contracts can be bought back from our customers after the 19th month.
5. If I buy my contract back, would I have penalties?
No. The buyback value of the contract is a straightforward calculation between our investments and the payments you made during the period. There are no penalties for unfulfilled services.
6. Can I keep working with some of my vendors?
Yes. IOGI is always looking for good professionals as partners. If your vendor becomes a certified IOGI partner, they can remain eligible to provide services to your organization.
7. Can I start with only one Pack?
Yes. However, it will have to be the Foundation Pack.
8. Can I subscribe only to the Mobility Pack or Print Pack?
No. Those packs are reserved for our IOGI customers who benefit from exclusive pricing. You must have at least the Foundation Pack to sign up for those packs.
