ITSM SPECIALIST

Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience as an Application Consultant/Administrator/Systems Integrator or similar function
- Software development skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and likes working with customers in problem solving
Technical Know-how:
- Ability to configure and customized Software Packages.
- Working knowledge of networks, Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3.
- Scripting knowledge such as JavaScript, CSS, XML.
- Experience web services, via APIs is a plus.
- AJAX experience.
- Active Directory, LDAP is a plus.
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
